You Light Up My Life

I went to yardsales again the other day(never would have guessed it would you,lol). apparently I have went light crazy lately. I couldn't pass up all of the light fixtures and lamps(not to mention all the nik-naks I bought). My Son came and installed the overhead fixtures for me(I don't know what I would do without him)and I just adore them(of course I adore him too). Thank you for lighting up my life(in more ways than one).

This is my computer room where I don't get to spend enough time lately.

  1. Oh, my! Wonderful bonanza of treasures! If I didn't know better, I'd say that your view from the kitchen window is exactly the same one I had for the thirteen years I lived in my house in the foothills.

    Nowadays, I have other things in my downsized space, like a separate office. But no view from the kitchen!

  6. Wow great finds..Love the lamps...and all your lights look great~!! I love your curtain above your kitchen window...~! I didnt find anything but Blake my 7 year old a dew G.I Joes for .50 each and a helicopter for .50 also...so all in all it was ok...he was happy so Mamma was happy~!!!

  9. Great finds!! I love yard sales too. I especially love the Tiffany-style lamps - I have several in my house (thinking how great one of those would look in my dining room..hahaha)

  10. I must be the only woman in the USA that avoids yard sales. After clearing FOUR pick up truck loads of 60 years of accumulation from my house, I can only look at what's in yard sales and think: People, you have no IDEA what I got rid of for free! arghh
