Where's the Good News?

Hey guys, I got up this morning with a positive attitude. I intended to post a bright cheerie tid-bit because I think we all need a little encouragement in this day and time........BUT,I made the mistake of reading the news. It's kind of hard to stay in an upbeat mood when so many are suffering. So most of the day my thoughts have been with the Earthquake and Tsunami victims. I understand that I was born in a different era than we live in now but what the heck? I don't even remember the last time something really GOOD happened.......All I know is, the whole day long this song kept playing over and over in my head. This is truly how I feel and have felt for a very long time. It's so sad that the original version of this song was made nearly 30 years ago and it's more truthful today than then. So I will leave you all with this song and hope all your news is good.~Dinah~

  4. I have been saying lately that I wish there was a "good news" channel. I just know there are people out there (and not ones that belong to an organization) who did something good today. If only we could hear about THEM instead of the murderers and death statistics.

I hate to admit this but the other day, while fighting up from a nervous breakdown (a real one) and unpacking boxes, I had CINDERELLA on television.
